Guest list Rules – White Ice Nights:

We aim to ensure that everyone who visits our night has an enjoyable experience and have outlined some general rules to ensure your entry in our venue is as smooth as possible.

Please follow the following points to ensure you gain smooth entry into our night:
1) First of all, being on the GUESTLIST does NOT GUARANTEE you will gain entry into the club but it does give you PRIORITY over someone that is not on the guest list.

2) All rules and regulations of the venue must be adhered to regardless of whether you are on the guest list or not, so please ensure you follow and meet the venue rules in terms of age, dress code and appearance as well as any other stipulation that has been put forward by the club management or promoters.

3) The Management and the door staff have the FINAL say in who is admitted to the club, there is nothing we the promoters can do to override their decision on the day.

4) No all MALE groups will be admitted under any circumstances.

5) Guests who have booked tables under minimum spend regulations will receive priority in terms of admission to the venue.

6) It is requested that all guests carry valid photo and age ID at all times.

7) Guests appearing to be under the influence of DRUGS will not be admitted under any circumstances and those found with drugs on the premises will be removed immediately and the police may be called.

8) General Club Rule – No effort ... no entry (appear sober as well !)

9) Please arrive well in time, door prices will change according to times outlined on our website, time regulations apply from when you reach the cashier desk NOT when you join the queue.

10) Please inform us should you wish to cancel or amend your guest list at any time, we will respect you more the next time you request to be placed on the list if you respect us.
